Glenn Perry, is Dubai's resident rock-star, music producer and songwriter. His father was one of India's leading jazz musicians. Glenn, through sheer talent, hard work and dedication made his mark in Los Angeles recording with leading musicians and carving out his own MTV hits including 'Tonight' and 'Laila' .
Very soft-spoken and down-to-earth, today Glenn spreads his message of Love and Peace through his Dubai Music School and numerous free concerts that he holds for charity and Peace in Dubai.

• Glenn Perry Concert for Peace

  Glenn Perry held his concert for Peace at the Holiday Centre Coffee shop on 21st February 2003. The concert started at 8 PM. It was well attended by the families and students of his Dubai Music School as well as numerous other musicians who showcased their unplugged skills in this very warm and friendly atmosphere. Glenn enthralled the audience by belting out a wide repertiore of hit country, rock and pop numbers by bands and artists such as Kenny Rogers, Beatles, Bryan Adams as well as his own popular hit numbers.
  What was more apt about the timing of this concert for peace was that the Televison screens in the Coffee shop at the Holiday Centre were beaming news about war. Glenn always believes in contributing in whatever way he can to World Peace and this concert was only one of the many that he has planned to hold in the coming months.

• Glenn Perry Vocal Workshop

Glenn held a Vocal Workshop at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel in Dubai on March 2nd, 2003. Various breath control and voice modulation excercises were taught. Glenn effortlessly carried the audience along with him through the excercises, at the same time keeping them entertained through various popular numbers that he sang and got the audience accompanying him. Finally, Glenn shared his experiences in show business and drove home the point that to be a star is not that easy and involves a lot of hard work and sacrifices.
